おかめそば

材料

  • そば　400ｇ
  • 温かいそばつゆ  　　1.4L
  • 湯葉　  4個
  • 板かまぼこ　  8切れ
  • 生椎茸　  4枚
  • 卵焼き 　  4切れ
  • みつば　  適宜

 作り方

  • 袋のゆで方を参照しそばを茹でる。
  • そばつゆで椎茸と湯葉をひと煮し、取り出す。
  • そばを熱湯で温めて器に入れ、熱いつゆをかけ、具材をお好みでのせ完成です。
